The weather is warm and summer is synonymous with vacation and rest! However, at work, this beautiful season comes with its share of challenges. Here are 5 tips to boost your motivation during the summer.
Tip #1: Create a winning learning environment
Did you know that if your workspace is organized, your mind will be more organized too? During the summer months, take advantage of your extra time to rethink the organization of your office. Eliminate all distractions and try to decorate your space to give it a personal touch!
Tip #2: Anticipate back-to-school and plan your projects

Tip #3: Break down your tasks
With the nice weather and your colleague's the pictures on vacation, it's normal to have more difficulty staying focused for long periods of time at work. We suggest you break up your work periods according to the Pomodoro method: stay focused on a single task for a period of 25 minutes and then give yourself a 5-minute break. This way, your day will go by faster and you will be more productive!
Tip #4: Start earlier, leave earlier... and go out!
If your business and job allow it, try starting your day earlier. The cooler summer mornings make it easier to focus, and being able to use your afternoons and evenings to walk around, get inspired, and go out with friends will give you a boost of motivation!
Tip #5: Treat yourself
Indulge yourself on a daily basis, whether it's a new office decoration, new clothes or a lunchtime workout. By adding a touch of spontaneity and pleasure to your daily routine, you increase your overall motivation and this will show in your work!
