Catherine

With strong skills in digital marketing project coordination and a wealth of experience working with a variety of professional clients, Catherine is excited to join our team as a Customer Experience Consultant. Her desire to promote healthy working conditions and empowerment is what drives her every day and will dictate the way she accompanies you on your journey with Elo.

Catherine will ensure that strategies are in place and maintained to engage users and mentoring program coordinators to provide an optimal experience. With values aligned with Elo's mission, she believes that active listening and a quality customer experience are at the heart of a successful mentoring process. She looks forward to meeting you!

Pier-Alexandre

Pier-Alexandre's academic career began in computer science, a passion that he has nurtured since his teenage years, but because a passion does not necessarily lead to a career, Pier-Alexandre finally decided to turn to literature in order to study arts and writing.

His most recent interests? Digital marketing, communication and user experience. Always interested in learning from different professional and artistic spheres, Pier-Alexandre is eager to fully understand how the two themes can feed off of each other.

Pier-Alexandre will be responsible for the animation of the community, whether it be mentors, mentees, or coordinators. He will also offer support to ensure that the integration of your zones goes smoothly, by answering your emails sent to [email protected].
