3 reasons not to be afraid of the investment required for a mentoring relationship

1. YOU set the terms. It's up to you to define how often you talk to your mentor. You can decide to talk every week or every month, as you wish.

2. These conditions are not set in stone. If at any time you wish to revise these conditions, you are free to do so. You never know what the future holds. You don't have as much time or you prefer to focus on something else? Just notify your mentor of this change!

3. You decide how you want to communicate. Do you want to communicate exclusively by message, by phone or face to face over coffee? You decide according to your wishes and availability!
