1) How to begin building professional experience

"Hello Nicole,

Like you, I receive my Master’s of Science in Administration from UQAM. I loved my studies, and I can’t wait to get into the job market. The position you currently hold is something I’d be extremely happy with. The thing is, I don’t yet have the experience in my field, and everyone is telling me that it’s crucial to begin entry-level. What are your thoughts? How did you go about entering the job market after graduation? I think your story could really inspire me.

Thanks in advance for your response.”

2) Finding job openings after graduation

"Hello Mr. Gonzalez,

After completing my Bachelor's Degree in journalism and spending two more or less happy years in the field, I decided to start a Master's Degree in Communications with a specialisation in social media. While most of my classes are fascinating, they are rather theoretical in nature, and I’m not sure exactly where they’re leading me. I'm looking to hear from communication professionals like yourself to better understand how to approach the job market. I’m very interested in your profile and have lots of questions!"
