2) Plan a change of employer

I recently came across your profile and noticed that you’ve climbed the professional ladder fairly quickly. I followed a similar trajectory, taking on the role of director at the age of 30. I’ve been in this position for four years and at the same company for nearly nine. I like what I do, and I am committed to my organisation’s mission.
